Getting Started with Rack Up

Welcome to Rack Up! Here's how to get up and running.

Create Your Account

Sign up with your display name, email, and a password. That's it — you're in. You'll be automatically logged in after registration.

Logging In

Log in with your email and password. If you enter the wrong password, you'll see how many attempts you have left. After 5 incorrect attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 5 minutes to protect against unauthorized access. This lockout only affects your account — other players can still log in normally.

If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive a reset email.

Join a Venue

If you're at a bar or billiard hall that uses Rack Up, scan the QR code posted at the venue. This links your account to that venue as your home location. You can also join a venue from the Venues page.

Check In

When you arrive at your venue, check in to let other players know you're there. Your check-in lasts for 4 hours or until you manually check out. Checked-in players appear in the "Who's Here" section on the venue page.

Find a Game

Head to the Games page to start a new game or browse active games. You can also join a King of the Table event from the King page — it's the fastest way to get playing.

Track Your Progress

Every game you play is tracked. Your Elo rating adjusts after each game, and you can view your stats, win rate, and rating history from your profile.
